51 Bed Travelodge Hotel was constructed in 21 weeks using a modular system pod format.

All of the bedroom units were constructed off site and were internally fully decorated and fitted with floor finishings.

Once delivered to site the units were assembled on pad foundations. An external block render skin was constructed all services connections made and commissioned.
