The complexities of this development were mainly in the ground with decontamination of this site required and a 10 m retaining wall constructed to the rear of the site.

 The units are constructed off cast insitu concrete piled foundations with a concrete ring beam and suspended slab, steel frame structure, with face brickwork external walls and concrete roof tile finish.
