This Development of 43 residential units consisted of 20 Houses, 13 Bungalows, 2 special needs bungalows and 8 Flats. The site was built in 2 phases using timber frame construction.

The ground conditions on the site were challenging with large amounts of rock present in the ground and significant falls in levels across the site. This necessitated a large engineering input to enable us to accommodate the National Assembly of Wales design quality requirements.
