In September 2007 Jehu & Waterstone staff took part in round 2 of the Training Services Wales management training programme. The previous round had taken place in the previous autumn and had included Directors & all managerial staff at Jehu.

The programme was tailor made to suit our management training needs and was attended by our finance director John Donnelly, assistant project manager Paul Flanagan, senior quantity surveyor Gwynne Matthews, site agents Huw Tucker and Graham Whalley, land director at Waterstone Homes Leighton Morgans, construction manager Greg Street, senior quantity surveyor Emma Heaversedge and site manager Glyn Rees. The syllabus included Team Building, Managing Change, Managing Time & Working to Deadlines, Dealing with Situation & Conflict and Effective Presentation Skills.

The course culminated in the attendee’s making individual presentations to the Group Chairman Rene Jehu
