Jehu has secured two new contract awards for commencement In October.

The projects with a combined value of £1.8 million comprise the construction of a new dojo centre and gymnasium at the Welsh Institute of Sport, Cardiff and the fit out of ten executive apartments at Glendower House, Tenby for Macob Tenby.

The scheme at the Welsh Institute of Sport at Sophia Gardens consists of the demolition and removal of the existing 25m swimming pool and supporting structure and the construction of a replacement steel structure to create a new dojo areana and gymnasium on two floors.

This particularly challenging project is due for commencement on the 20th October 2008 and due for completion in May 2009.

At Glendower House Tenby, Jehu have been contracted to complete the fit out of ten executive apartments and associated external works.

The specification of the apartments is of very high standard and the project is due for completion within a 15 week period.

Works are commencing on site on in late October and will be complete in February 2009.
