Jehu take quality to a new level

Jehu Project Services, has been awarded the ISO 9001 accreditation for excellence in its quality management strategy.

The accreditation looks at a company’s management systems and processes to ensure that the customers’ needs are always met. It ensures that the management function of the business operates efficiently throughout the life cycle of a project from tender opportunity through to customer satisfaction upon completion of a project. The ISO 9001 is awarded when a company can show its commitment to quality management.

We have operated our own bespoke quality management system for many years, however, the need to obtain an industry wide accreditation for new business opportunities was identified. We went through a two stage audit process in order to obtain the accreditation both of which were successfully passed on our first attempts.

To be a awarded the ISO 9001 accreditation we believe to be a great achievement. The whole experience has given us the opportunity to demonstrate to our stakeholders that we plan to continuously improve and complete our projects to the highest of standards.

We plan to build on our recent success by applying for ISO 14001 accreditation next year. This looks at environmental processes which have become a real priority for the company in recent years. In order to maintain the ISO accreditation we must show that we are reviewing and updating our processes year on year giving us a real incentive to strive for continued improvement to the business and the customer experience.
