The building was designed and developed to allow flexibility for the college to provide office space for young developing businesses in the area and to accommodate rehearsal area and local offices for Theatre Genedaethol.

The external envelope is of a unique design offering on aesthetically pleasing building in a highly sensitive area for new development.

 The construction consists of a semi-recessed concrete basement, structural steel frame masonry walls clad in a blend of stonework, render and timber boarding.
