The scheme consisted of the design and construction of a new medical centre at Crown Street, Crumlin, Nr Newbridge.
The building was a traditional masonry construction constructed off piled concrete foundations. The external envelope consists of reconstituted stonework and cedar board finish with the roof constructed of trussed rafters with concrete interlocking roof tiles.
The design required a balance of achieving the durability required for a high user building without compromising on the high level of finishes.
The building was completed in 30 weeks on a fast track programme.
