POSITION : Senior Quantity Surveyor
LOCATION : Head Office based, Bridgend

Main Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of the financial management and contractual administration of projects (ranging in size up to £7 million) and achieving project targets whilst maintaining client and supply chain relationships
Main Challenges
The successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively as a full team member to ensure project delivery whilst demonstrating astute commercial awareness to achieve the highest levels of business performance
Knowledge and Experience Required
Proven track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
Sound knowledge of all forms of contracts
Sound construction and technical knowledge
Excellent communicator at all levels
Excellent negotiating skills
Knowledge and experience of partnership arrangements
Experience of working collaboratively with supply chain
IT literate
