This 24,600 ft² office development built in 3 separate blocks was constructed for Waterstone Estates as their 1st major commercial development.

It is the new head office for Jehu Project Services, Waterstone Homes and Waterstone Estates, who are all part of the Jehu family of companies.

The units have piled concrete foundations, structural steel frame, rib-deck concrete floor system and used the celcon thin bed blockwork system, which significantly improved the construction timescale.
