A three phase development in Cardiff Bay for Dovey Estates situated on the old east moors steelworks site each phase consists of several units of open space offices.

Construction is based on a reinforced concrete foundation with a steel frame and cavity wall.

The 3 phases comprised of 27 units with a construction value of £9.4 million. Each phase was completed within a fast track construction period.
